Reliability EngineerDuration: Full Time & ContractLocation: Lafayette, IndianaSalary $85k- $90K/YRContract (C2C Rate): $50/hrVisa: Any Visa is fine ( No H1B Transfer)Job Role PurposeThe Reliability Engineer performs advanced inspections and audits to track, analyze, and report on materials, processes, and products to ensure conformance to the company's quality standards.

Job Duties [Responsibilities]Conducting measurement systems analysis; gathering, analyzing, and communicating non-conformance data.
Analyzing non-conformance data and maintaining quality system documentation.
Participating in and offering technical support to internal and external audits; following up response of corrective action from audit.

Work in a team environment to develop and implement best practices that emphasize defect prevention, reduction in variation and waste, and provide for continuous improvements in meeting all customer requirements.

Asset reliability engineeringAsset troubleshooting / Electrical Engineering supportAsset availability data, pareto & deep dive into RCCALifting device designDemonstrates collaborative teamwork, flexibility & adaptability.

Other duties as assigned by the Engineering Manager / Supervisor / Team Leader as applicable.

Background & ExperiencePrevious full-time work experience of 5+ years as a Reliability Engineer in a factory environment in the Heavy Equipment / Agricultural Equipment industry.
