- Monitor and maintain the data quality within our Azure environment, through data queries within different environments (Test/Production)
- Identify and discuss trends when analyzing data within the companys system.
- Create and execute analytic workflows with tools such as Alteryx or similar.
- Create and develop data tooling, leveraging Python or other similar languages.
- Develop visualizations in Tableau or PowerBI to gather insights from data
- Experience designing wireframes
- Create and build reports and dashboarding, with effective communication of said reports to various stakeholders
- Collaborate very closely with the ESG teams to execute on client deliverables
- Support, guide, and mentor junior analysts within the team
- Identify areas of improvements on data modeling, analytics, and more, to effectively improve areas of work, when possible
- Expertise with PowerBI/Tableau and ability to support others with respective understanding
- Proficiency with Alteryx, or similar tools
- Advanced programming understanding, python being the best
- Understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, Snowflake) and databases (RDBMS)
- Strong and effective communication skills, since this is a internal/external collaborative position
- Understanding of Microsoft applications
- Experience supporting ESG, sustainability or other related programs
- Understanding of Energy Star Portfolio Manager
