    BDC Service Representative
    Full-Time Opportunity: 5 Day Work Week
    Monday – Friday

    Job Description & Duties:
    Addresses online inquiries from consumers, ensuring the dealership achieves its highest profit potential on Internet sales, adhering to dealership standards.

    • Effectively communicates with customers and prospects using their preferred method, whether it's phone or email.
    • Possesses comprehensive knowledge of all dealership products and services.
    • Guides customers to relevant product information resources, including online sources.
    • Assists customers in the selection process.
    • Understands the mindset of customers and employs strategies to encourage them to visit the service center for a proper vehicle service/maintaince/repair and to finalize the transaction.
    • Regularly checks and promptly responds to emails and inquiries, ensuring timely delivery of messages to other departments and notifying customers of forwarded messages.
    • Answer incoming service appointment calls.
    • Make outbound cold calls for various marketing points (ex: NYS Inspection, first service, Recalls, next service, missed appointments)
    • Make out bound appointment confirmation calls.
    • Make CSI follow up calls.
    • Assist with main desk coverage when required.

    Qualifications:

    Manufacturer Training
    Product knowledge

    $18.00 per hour plus Bonus Plan
