    Market Manager Minnesota

    Market Manager Opportunity in Minnesota!

    Carbliss, a brand of SNFood & Beverage, is on a fast track as a family-owned Ready to Drink Cocktail business. We're all about quality, excellence & innovation. From getting our products out there to engaging with customers, being inspired and motivated is key!

    Exciting Responsibilities

    • Elevate our market position by creating and nurturing accounts (90% of the time) while handling office and administrative tasks (10% of the time)
    • Expand distribution within the assigned account base
    • Master the art of overcoming objections and securing sales orders
    • Spot sales opportunities and threats, and communicate them effectively
    • Strategically plan and accomplish sales targets and distribution goals for specific territories and accounts
    • Keep a well-organized weekly plan for your allocated territory
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations at all levels
    • Show dedication in resolving customer issues and meeting commitments
    • Create and maintain meticulous sales route lists and stay updated on buyer information and sales call details
    • Build strong relationships with both on-site and off-site accounts

    Skills We Value

    • Preferably 1-3 years of sales experience in related sectors such as distribution, hospitality, or the beverage industry
    • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
    • Driven, focused, and goal-oriented
    • Familiarity with the liquor industry and its consumers is a plus
    • Basic Microsoft Office skills are a must
    • Access to a reliable vehicle for travel purposes
    • Must possess a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
    • Ability to acquire necessary liquor sales permits
    • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and understand pricing and promotion strategies
    • Advanced selling and strategic thinking abilities
    • Must be able to make well-informed decisions

    Additional Information

    • Physical demands include lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds occasionally
    • Utilize physical abilities like arms, wrists, hands, grasp, and reach
