    • First point of contact for all patrons visiting the HUC. Serves as the office receptionist. Greets and directs visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Answers incoming calls and provides accurate information and /or directs caller to appropriate person
    • Assist guests with wayfinding, including other locations on campus
    • Maintain professional appearance of reception areas
    • Assist with customer service for clients hosting events
    • Performs front desk operations to ensure client needs are being met (duplication, faxing, concierge services, etc.)
    • Prepare and print all daily rooms signage and directional signage
    Required Qualifications
    • Applicant must be a current UNF student who is eligible for and accepts Federal Work Study (FWS) funding
    • Must be available to work night and weekend hours
    • Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
    • Effective communication skills in person, phone, fax, and email
    • Punctuality
    • Attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks until completion
