    Minimally Invasive Gynecology Surgery (MIGS) Position

    The Division of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) at the University of Louisville seeks two additional fellowship-trained physicians to join our current faculty and provide clinical services at University Hospital, our outpatient office, and our outreach hospital sites.

    ~ The downtown office contains our MIGS, General OB/GYN, and Maternal Fetal Medicine practices. Our East End location contains our Female Pelvic Medicine & Womens Health (FPMRS) Division and Pelvic Pain Center. Additionally, MIGS provides in-patient and outpatient imaging services for the patients of University Hospital, a Level III facility.

    ~ There are ample research opportunities including access to basic science labs, a departmental statistician, departmental librarian and campus grant-writing services, as well as clinical a trials unit. The University of Louisville has access to robotic surgery, boasting one of the busiest programs in the region. Additionally, the position can include a relationship with the soon to be, newly-built VA, which contains an established GYN clinic and an underutilized Xi robot.
