    Job Type Full-time Description What You'll Do: As the Training Expert - EWO, you will develop, deliver and execute training curriculum, and support a government flight program.

    This position involves flying and OCONUS travel.


    Responsibilities will include:

    • Coordinate and direct EWO positional training of aircraft and mission systems
    • Instruct Fleet and FMS EWOs and aircrew in classroom, aircraft, and simulators
    • Develop Fleet and FRS P-8A training syllabi for EWO training and qualification on aircraft and mission systems
    • Develop, produce, maintain, and revise courseware and training materials
    • Research and analyze customer needs and requirements and develop solutions
    • Review and ensure quality, technical correctness, and instructional design of draft and final training products
    • Develop Fleet and FRS P-8A training syllabi for EWO qualification on aircraft and aircraft systems
    • Additional duties may be required as needed by the program and government customer

    Requirements Who You Are:
    The Training Expert - EWO will have: * Associate's degree and 8 years of related experience in maritime patrol aircraft required

    • A minimum of 1,000 flight hours in P-8A is required
    • P-8A FRS/MPRWS Instructor experience is required
    • Instructor Under Training Instructor experience is preferred
    • P-8A NATOPS Evaluator or Instructor experience is required
    • Strong fundamental knowledge in electronic warfare and electromagnetic spectrum, prior "A" school instructor experience desired
    • Understanding of instructional processes and techniques
    • Experience as a Master Training Specialist is preferred
    • Ability to communicate complex systems and procedures to a wide range of audiences
    • Must be proficient with Adobe, SIPR, and Microsoft Office 365
    • Must be able to maintain a current FAA Medical Certificate (or equivalent)
    • Must be able to travel OCONUS
    • Must be able to maintain positional qualifications and requirements for flight duties on the P-8A These characteristics also describe you:
