- 10 to 15 years of strong delivery experience in financial services (wealth & investment management) and modern tech stacks: data/AI, Cloud (AWS, Azure), Java, React, etc.
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, and addressing their concerns.
- Leading and managing development teams, providing guidance, direction, and ensuring optimal program delivery.
- Monitoring progress, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), managing budgets, and rectifying reliability issues.
- Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of services, ensuring client satisfaction, and meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, managing service delivery schedules, and providing leadership to the service delivery team.
