    Your Role

    You will perform service and repairs on Portable Fire Extinguishers, Kitchen Hood Systems & Suppression Gas Systems at customer sites. This includes troubleshooting and installing various manufacturers' products, such as Simplex and ANSUL. You will also read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operational product manuals.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Assist customers with questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Participate in an on-call rotation for Emergency Service.
    • Perform inspections of Suppression Gas Systems based on contract requirements.
    • Inspect customer systems.
    • Use Smart Phone and Equipment.
    • May include government work.

    Requirements

    Required

    • 4+ years of experience.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Outstanding Customer-facing service and problem-solving skills.
    • PC Skills including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

    Preferred

    • Any Manufacturer certifications is a plus; ANSUL, Kiddie PyroChem.
    • Local and State license if required.
