- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of courthouse construction projects throughout North Carolina.
- Support project managers in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain project quality and safety standards.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and clients to address concerns and ensure project objectives are met.
- Contribute to project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and procurement processes.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- Prior experience in construction project management, preferably in courthouse or government facility construction.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in North Carolina is advantageous.
