    Your Role

    As the Project Manager, you will ensure effective and on-time market implementation and delivery of projects. You will support internal business owners in building foundational operational processes and procedures. You will co-lead project teams to execute against business goals and priorities, proactively identifying risks and working with key stakeholders to mitigate those risks and any potentially resulting impacts.
    Primary Functions Include:
    • Define project and implementation scope, goals, deliverables, tasks and required resources
    • Build and manage a disciplined project plan and process
    • Facilitate project calls, including agenda set-up and deliverable preparation
    • Build and evolve playbooks, workflows, and toolkits, and other deliverables, where appropriate
    • Cultivate deep relationships and partner with key internal and external stakeholders on building and executing on launch plan
    • Manage multiple, complex projects across multiple time zones and departmental stakeholders concurrently
    • Perform other related duties as assigned
    How You Qualify

    • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration or a related field is required
    • 3+ years of experience with project management required; an emphasis on healthcare operations is preferred
    • Process improvement and change management experience preferred
    • Project Management Certification a plus
    • Ability to analyze business inputs and contribute to solution development
    • Adaptability and the understanding that things change quickly in a startup environment which require a willingness to pivot quickly on priorities
    • Excel at time management and prioritization and can organize a large volume of complex inputs
    • Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, and/or other equivalent software
    • Ability to travel to markets and our corporate office in Nashville, TN up to 10% of the time
