    BILLING SPECIALIST:

    Responsibilities of the Billing Specialist:

    • Enter high volumes of data into the various systems accurately for billing purposes
    • Adjust and handle billing discrepancies and rejections
    • Provide excellent customer service and a positive experience
    • Support the team in securing timely payments from customers
    • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

    Preferred Qualifications of the Billing Specialist:

    • High school diploma or GED required
    • 3-5 years AR/Billing experience preferred
    • Intense focus on accuracy and attention to detail; organized
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Products (Excel, Word)
