    Description

    WHITTINGHAM is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, driven by passion and purpose. With a rich history of 120 years, we are at the forefront of the industry. In this role, you will engage with our established 2,000 business clients, foster new relationships to expand our client base, and lead a small team in executing these tasks. As you gain mastery of our processes and systems, you will progress into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 on average in the first year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Explore new business opportunities in the B2B sector
    • Supervise team activities and track results
    • Train new team members on existing systems
    • Provide daily field activity reports using a Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
    • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
    • Exceptional supervisory and leadership qualities
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate efficiently
    • Perform well in a high-paced and occasionally stressful environment
    • Passionate about assisting individuals and nurturing relationships
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community involvement inclination
    • Proficiency in CRMs, preferably Salesforce

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Clear background check and personal transportation
    • 45-day evaluation period before potential advancement
