What Our R

N Supervisor's Do:
Perform administrative duties, completing medical forms, charting, etc.
Review all staffing and ensure resident has assigned nurse/c.n.a
Review shift PPD and make adjustments as needed
Replace any call offs that are received during the shift
Communicate events of the day with DON/ADON
Assist in developing corrective action when appropriate


Qualifications:
Must have active R.N license
Must have current CPR license
Previous long term care experience desirable
