    The Human Resources Information Systems Manager supports the management and optimization of the HRIS to support the human resources department.

    In this role, your duties will include optimizing the performance of our HR systems, gathering data, and making recommendations based on performance metrics.

    You will also be required to design new HRIS processes.

    The HRIS Manager plays a critical role in aligning technology solutions with the organization's mission and ensuring that HR processes support the larger goals of FCA.

    Lead, conduct and provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship and living by example so they are equipped to serve others.

    Connect to and participate in a local church through worship and weekly involvement.

    Conduct yourself in a manner that affirms biblical standards of conduct in accordance with FCA's Christian beliefs (see FCA's Christian Community Statement) at all times.


    ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
    Develop, monitor, and revise HR and interdepartmental processes systems on a quarterly basis or as needed.
    Manage the feedback tool using suggestions from user groups to modify and improve HR processes and systems.
    Installs, implements, modifies, and upgrades software and applications to meet changing business and technology.
    Oversee the process of and ensure that new titles display appropriately across all FCA systems.
    Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR employees.

    Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, Information Services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR database design and implementation projects.

    Collaborates with executive leadership and HR staff to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases; recommends and implements solutions.

    Maintain HRIS system/technology through enhancements and integrations.
    Assist with HR technology/intranet related system updates.
    Support staff through HRIS and all HR inquires, as well as general HR related information.
    Prepares advance reports on data summaries, changes, and trends for use by management.
    Partner with internal Information Technology stakeholders to develop technology solutions that help to streamline and automate (new) HR processes.

    Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    Ability to keep information confidential.
    Thorough understanding of database construction.

    Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product.


    EXPERIENCE
    Bachelor's degree in HR, MIS (Information systems), Computer Science or related discipline required.
    Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) integration.
    ADP HRIS systems knowledge preferred.
