Year 1– Owner Training and Mentorship Year
Salary - $150,000 ProSal (no negative accrual)
*Anticipated Production Bonus - $10,000-$20,000
Benefits Package Value - $24,300
401K – 4% Match annually
PTO – 3 weeks , No On-Call or After-Hours Responsibility
Year 2 – Owner / Partner

Green Hill Animal Hospital is one of SynergyVet's brand new, full-service, private practices specializing in companion animal medicine in Mount Juliet, TN, just outside of Nashville. Our focus is on providing compassionate and comprehensive veterinary care to our patients, while also building long-lasting relationships with both the owners and the pets of Mount Juliet, Tennessee.
