    OVERVIEW: Our client, a Global Fortune 50 organization and one of world's largest distributors of Healthcare systems, Medical supplies & Pharmaceutical products, seeks an accomplished Pharmacy Technician/ Call Center Rep (Hybrid role)

    Position: Pharmacy Technician/ Call Center Rep (Hybrid role)

    Location: Louisville, KY

    Duration: 3-6 months+ Contract with high possibility of extension/ Conversion to FTE

    Pay rate: $17/ hr

    Note:

    • Remote mainly. Must live within 100 miles of location of Louisville, KY.
    • The candidate needs to be Onsite (Louisville, KY) when necessary.
    • The training will be ONISTE.
    • Work schedule: Monday- Friday 11:00 am – 7:30 pm
    • Non-negotiables: Being able to be in the office when needed. Great computer skills.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Previous call center experience preferred.
    • Previous healthcare experience desired
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office
    • Able to type 35 wpm or greater.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.
    • Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
    • Provide accurate information to the caller.
    • Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers
    • Resolve the callers' needs.
    • Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller.
    • Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.
    • Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
