    You will feel empowered to make decisions that lead to high levels of guest satisfaction and associate satisfaction.

    A Team Member will train in various positions in Front of House and Back of House and have the ability to fill in at any position. After training, your manager will place you in a more defined position that best suits your skills and abilities as well as the needs of the restaurant.

    Various Team Member positions within Front of House and Back of House are cashier/runner, drive-thru, and expo (expeditor) and cook.

    We use the best cut you can get for our tenders. From the outset, 100% all-natural premium tenderloins have been the building block for our entire menu. Our time-tested recipe has become a household favorite, locking in flavor with our southern-style buttermilk marinade, and lightly breaded by hand with every order. We believe there is no substitute for made from scratch and cooked to order.
    Store #1 opened in Fayetteville, Arkansas on February 17, 2003. Within 6 years we crossed the state line, 4 more years opened our first franchise location, 4 years after that went international, and now, just 2 years later we're celebrating Store #100, opening in Little Rock, Arkansas on December 17, it's just as exhilarating as day one. As of April of 2024 we now have 204 locations with many more on the horizon. Every new store brings a renewed dedication to customers, to stay true to our original mission and true to our roots.
