    This is an exciting opportunity to join the mail processing team and contribute to the timely and accurate delivery of mail across the country.



    Job Responsibilities:

    • Sorting and Processing Mail: Ensure that all mail is accurately processed, scanned, and routed to its final destination

    • Customer Assistance: Provide excellent customer service by answering mailing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance as needed

    • Clerical Duties: Maintain accurate records, process mail forms efficiently, and perform other clerical tasks as required


    We are looking for candidates who possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure with accuracy. A high school diploma or equivalent education is preferred but not mandatory. Previous experience in a similar role will be beneficial.
