    Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate

    Pay Rate: $29.90 to $33.30/HR

    Location: Boston, Massachusetts (Remote)

    Duration: 13 weeks | - | Guarantee - 40 hours/week | Work Days:

    Shift - Day Shift(8) - 8:00 start

    We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate

    • Local candidates accepted/required
    • Talent Acquisition Associate - new grad interested in HR/recruitment, or someone with strong admin & communication skills would be best.
    • Project Based-Need to support hiring Research Students for the summer
    • COVID Vaccines + Booster required at the time of submission.
    • Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the past year.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Assists in the employment process by timely scheduling of employee health screens and new employee orientations and processing of new employee paperwork and forms including HR system input, offer letters, applicant response letters and creation of employee files.
    • Maintains confidential HR system records and compiles reports as needed
    • Provides project support for the Human Resources Department which involves collaboration within and outside the department, and coordination with employees and managers.
    • Assist as a backup for front-office coverage and ensure all visitors or callers are acknowledged and greeted promptly and professionally.
    • Assist with filing and data maintenance of all forms of documents needed for verification of primary source verification.

    Required Qualifications:

    • High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • 0-1 years related work experience required.
    • Experience with computer systems required, including web-based
    • The applications and some Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.
