    About the position. The Real Estate Portfolio Manager, in partnership with Real Estate leadership, provides tactical, strategic, and transactional oversight of owned and leased real estate portfolio, including relationship management with external brokers and company operations leadership, input into the development of the portfolio strategy and implementation plan Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

    • estate CRM to staff and field operations, including acquisition/site selection, dispositions, leases, easements, licenses, condemnations, etc.
    • with and coordinates broker services, and activities (including engagement documents, pipeline/status reports, and critical date tracking)
    • involved in the development of the portfolio strategy and optimization
    • terms and partners with Legal Team on all real estate-related contracts
    • staff and field operations with real estate-related business cases, securing approvals and ensuring execution
    • real estate-related data management, reporting, analytics, and KPIs

    What you need. To be a hero in this organization, the Real Estate Portfolio Manager will have:

    • 5 years of progressive experience in corporate real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, easements, licenses, and condemnations
    • Advanced knowledge of corporate real estate and related financial terms and principles
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
    • Experience working with corporate legal teams
    • Excellent communication and organization skills
    • Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Recent hands-on experience with real estate software and data management and analytics
