    Job Summary:


    The Vice President of Revenue Cycle will oversee and optimize the financial aspects of the addiction treatment center, with a focus on revenue management, billing, and payment processes.

    This leadership role requires a deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to maximize the center's financial performance.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute revenue cycle strategies to enhance financial performance and streamline billing and payment processes.
    Oversee the billing and collections functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of claims submission and payment posting.

    Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to forecast revenue, analyze financial data, and identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost reduction.

    Monitor and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and billing guidelines.

    Lead and mentor a team of revenue cycle professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to drive excellence in performance and customer service.

    Evaluate and optimize the use of revenue cycle management systems, technology, and tools to improve operational efficiency and financial outcomes.

    Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to track revenue cycle metrics and inform decision-making.

    Engage in strategic planning and contribute to the overall organizational growth and sustainability through revenue cycle initiatives and best practices.

    Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, business, or related field; master's degree preferred.

    Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with a focus on addiction treatment or behavioral healthcare preferred.

    In-depth knowledge of revenue cycle operations, healthcare billing, coding, and reimbursement methodologies.
    Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, including HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and other applicable healthcare regulations.
    Proven track record of successful revenue cycle optimization, financial analysis, and process improvement.
    Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
