• Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
• Seeking a tech lead with 3-4 years of team leadership experience.
• Team comprises 4 members, 2 onshore, 2 offshore with 1 part-time.
• Roles breakdown: 60% development, 20% project support, 20% team management.
• Must have hands-on expertise in Tibco and EDI solutions.
• Proficiency in TIBCO Business Connect (BC), TIBCO Business Works (BW), TIBCO Administration, and EMS.
• Work 3 days in the office, 2 days remotely (flexible).
• Open to weekend/weekday night support when necessary.
