    Job Summary

    The Senior Billing Specialist will manage the full billing process for a global SaaS organization, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support key initiatives that help scale the company.


    Main Responsibilities:

    • Billing & Invoicing
        Support end-to-end billing lifecycle for SaaS subscriptions& usage-based pricing & contract changes
        • Prepare accurate invoices ensuring all client billing requirements are met.
        • Maintain billing schedules to ensure revenue recognition correctly & on time.
    • Cross Functional Support
        Serve as point of contact for internal teams & customers regarding billing questions,
