Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Service Plumber to join our Columbia, SC team. In this role, you'll perform service calls, diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance across a variety of commercial facilities including schools, medical offices, corporate buildings, and retail spaces.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and system failures
- Install, maintain, and repair piping systems, fixtures, and other commercial plumbing components
- Respond to emergency service calls professionally and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications
- Work closely with service coordinators and fellow technicians to deliver timely, high‑quality service
- Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time entries
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and code requirements
What We're Looking For
- years of commercial plumbing service experience
- Valid South Carolina driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service abilities
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments (rooftops, crawl spaces, etc.)
- SC Journeyman or Master Plumbing License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
