    Shift:
    Full Time, Part time or PRN

    As a Speech Therapist at Adroit Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, you will play a crucial role in the rehabilitation process.

    Organizing and conducting speech/language programs to assist with residents' rehabilitation.
    Coordinating the acquisition of adaptive communication devices and instructing residents in their use.
    Selecting appropriate activities tailored to each resident's capacity, intelligence level, and interests.
    Collaborating with the rehabilitation team to design personalized therapeutic regimens.
    Instructing residents in the necessary skills and techniques for participation in activities and evaluating their progress.
    Adapting programs to meet the unique needs of individual residents.
    Attending and actively contributing to resident care, staffing, and related meetings.
    Conducting training programs and sharing expertise with medical, nursing, and other personnel.
    A graduate degree from an accredited Speech-Language curriculum certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
    Eligibility for a Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
