- Develop and maintain the strategic vision for the product including working with stakeholders on their vision and priorities. Synthesizes customer needs into strategies, requirements, roadmaps and OKRs.
- Analyze customer needs, current market trends, competitive analysis and potential partnerships from an ROI and build versus buy perspective.
- Articulate the program vision and direction to the Product Owners.
- Decompose the strategic vision into value streams and release trains. Create, manage, and prioritize program backlog and plan Product Increments.
- Develop, implement and maintain production timelines across multiple departments. Articulate and conduct stakeholder review sessions and provide regular reporting of the progress made and impediments that need attention
- Bachelor's degree in product design, technology or related field
- Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
- Experience with web customer onboarding processes
- Ability to maintain ROI and budgeting
- Ability to coordinate large scale efforts across multiple disparate teams
- Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration at all levels

As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting the vision for the Login and Onboarding products for the client's ecommerce website. You will have overall responsibility for the external and internal customer experience (NPS) and supporting client's website revenue and growth objectives.
You will work closely with departments across including Marketing, IT, Sales and Customer Support. You will be responsible for the overall vision, roadmap, ROI, budget and competitive analysis for the product.
