    Job Title

    Job Summary:

    The In-Home Caregiver provides compassionate care to clients in their homes. As a vital contributor, you will improve the quality of life for our clients and their families by assisting with daily tasks and providing emotional support.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    This part-time position offers an hourly rate, flexible scheduling, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive work environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Provide daily living support, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
    - Assist with medication reminders and administration
    - Help with mobility and light exercises as needed
    - Create a safe and comfortable environment for clients
    - Offer emotional support and companionship to clients
    - Monitor and report changes in client's physical or mental health
    - Communicate regularly with family and medical team
    - Maintain accurate records of care provided
    - Comply with health and safety regulations
    - Attend training sessions to enhance caregiving skills

    Requirements:

    - High school diploma or equivalent
    - Prior experience in caregiving, preferably in a home care setting
    - Ability to provide physical and emotional support to clients
    - Knowledge of basic healthcare procedures and safety precautions
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    - Ability to pass a background check and drug test
