Position:
Project Manager, NJ

Hybrid: 2 days onsite at Teaneck NJ
Full-time position
2-3 years Qualitative Market Research experience required

Behaviorally seeks a driven, forward-thinking, organized project manager to join our operation team.

As Marketing research Project Manager, your main responsibility is managing all aspects of project coordination and field activities for quantitative and qualitative research projects.

This includes budget management, ensuring timely project completion, and coordination with stakeholders such as clients, research teams, and vendors.

Responsibilities

Project Planning:
outlining the timeline, budget, and resources required.

Resource Management:
managing vendors, equipment, and materials required for a successful project.

Budget Management:
tracking expenses and proactively managing costs to ensure the project stays within budget.

Project Monitoring:

tracking project performance against the project plan, identifying issues, and taking corrective action to ensure the project stays on track.

Quality Control:

Ensuring that the project meets high-quality standards, which includes adhering to research methodologies, maintaining accurate data, and complying with Behaviorally standards.

Skill Set Required

Marketing research background is a must
Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.

Microsoft proficient:
excel, PPT

Strong internal/external client management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Time management, managing tasks effectively, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.

Problem-Solving:
must be able to identify and solve problems quickly and effectively,
Organized
Multi-tasking

Experience with the following is a plus...

Decipher, data collection platform

Global experience- working with teams & vendors overseas
