    Southeast Texas HR is seeking an Office Shipping Clerk to join our team at a financial institution. As a leader in recruiting and HR services, our company has a reputation for excellence in selecting top talent. This role will be critical in maintaining an organized and efficient shipping system for all management, clients, and sales representatives. These could be a temp-to-perm position for the ideal candidates. This is a Monday - Friday position and pay will be $15-17 per hour, DOE.

    In this role you will be responsible for the following:
    • Pulling inventory from the vault.
    • Creating shipping labels.
    • Properly packaging materials.
    • Logging data into the computer system.
    • Returning items when necessary.
    • Other clerical duties as assigned.


    Requirements

    To be qualified for this position you must meet the following requirements:
    • 2 or more years of administrative/office experience.
    • 2 or more years of office shipping experience.
    • Strong use of Microsoft Office products.
    • Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds.
    • Ability to meet all pre-employment requirements including background and drug screen testing.
