The Housekeeping Manager role is responsible for ensuring efficient operations of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards. Key responsibilities include supervising the entire Housekeeping Department, monitoring and directing all Housekeeping and Laundry personnel, inspecting rooms daily, and maintaining compliance to company and brand training.

Key Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field;
• Supervisory experience required;
• Must be proficient in Windows operating systems and Company approved spreadsheets and word processing;

Maintaining high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing a manager as assigned by the Corporate Office, conducting monthly department meetings, preparing employee Schedules, and handling overall supervision of daily inspection for arriving V.I.P.s.
