    The RoleDo you want to make a difference in our customers lives and be part of a highly collaborative, cross-functional team committed to improving the value of our technology offerings within Fidelity s Core Brokerage Technology team?/u00A0 We are looking for an Account Opening Squad Leader who will blend business, technical and operational expertise with a passion for delivering results.

    As the product owner you are the end-to-end gatekeeper of the squad mission, strategy, and tactical execution associated with delivering on strategic priorities.

    In an Agile structure, you will partner with other Fidelity leaders to influence the broader strategic decisions, roadmaps and resource requirements, set and refine the mission, and bring together a team of chapter members to execute on specific product features and ensure respective products or services are available, stable, performant, and supported when required and related cost and maintenance is managed.

    You will ensure alignment on the /u201Cwhat/u201D, "why" and /u201Cwhen/u201D work is to be performed through ongoing planning and prioritization of a product backlog.

    You will enable squad members to work iteratively, innovate through testing and experimentation, and learn from failures while celebrating success.
