- Passion for Seniors Feels strongly about working with the senior population. Has a drive to go above and beyond for seniors.
- Resident Focused Dedicated to meeting and exceeding the needs of the resident by establishing and maintaining effective relationships as well as gaining trust and respect of others.
- You'll advocate for your residents at every stage of care, making sure that we go above and beyond for them every single day.
- STNA or Nursing Assistant training required and maintain license.
- First aid training every 3 years required.
- Able to read, write, speak and understand English language required.
- Love and respect for geriatric persons.
- Patience, tact, and cheerful disposition with team members, residents, and families
- Must work every other weekend and holidays.
