    Description


    Insight Global is seeking a Guest Relations Representative to support one of its hospitality clients sitting remote IN Orlando, FL.

    This resource will need to have excellent oral and written communication skills as they will be interacting with guests daily via phone and email.

    They will assess guest situations, handle recovery, answer questions/concerns, and compose written responses that support company policy and principles in a positive manner.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • High school diploma
    -2+ years of customer service experience OR conflict resolution experience

    • Experience communicating with customers/guests via phone & email (questions/concerns)
    • Strong written communication, verbal communication, grammar, and spelling
    Nice to Have Skills & Experience

    • Hospitality or previous restaurant experience
    • Bachelors or Associates
    • Sprinkler platform experience (current platform team utilizes)
    • Bilingual
