- You will also provide exceptional customer service by interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner. This includes loading and unloading packages from the delivery vehicle, handling them with care, planning your route effectively, recording accurate delivery information, addresses, delivery times, as well as any issues encountered on the job site.
