Colorado Springs, CO We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing complex projects and processes with the support of others in your team.

Your role will involve communicating with different departments to coordinate operational processes and improve systems. This job requires problem-solving skills and a willingness to think creatively. Your work will contribute to achieving our departmental goals and operating plans.


Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve issues related to Earned Value (EV) data in a timely manner.
• Research and respond to customer requests for additional data and analysis.
• Document work, processes, and provide training.
• Administer MPM and COBRA cost tool systems.
• Perform routine and ad hoc earned value analysis, create reports, and provide advice.
• Review and approve/disapprove change control documents.
• Administer activity codes linking cost, accounting, and planning tools.
• Integrate new systems as required.
• Provide data and documentation for external and internal reviews.
• Create and maintain accurate records.
• Exercise compliance and controls in accordance with SOX.
• Take project controls from contract to baseline on a regular basis.
• Participate in reviews, analysis, and selection for monthly IPMR submissions.
• Interface with planners to ensure compliance for baseline and program changes.

Qualifications:

• Experience with COBRA Cost Tool or MPM Cost Tool is required.
• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience; or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience; or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
• Experience with pulling and analyzing data from numerous sources.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet monthly deadlines for CDRL deliveries.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Clearance (desired) or ability to obtain a clearance.
• Experience with wInsight and/or Empower analysis tools. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $62,500 $116,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as the final offer amount may vary based on factors such as experience and geographic location.
