Job Summary
The MSC Supervisor is part of our management team responsible for overseeing operations in our Mechanically Separated Chicken (MSC) department. This role is crucial in ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely while maintaining the highest standards of product quality, regulatory compliance, and team performance.Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of MSC production, ensuring optimal workflow and adherence to production schedules and on-time loading.
- Responsible for ensuring all inbound raw material and outbound finished goods are received and shipped in a timely manner.
