- Supporting Registered Professional Surveyors with CAD production, deed research, boundary analysis, easement preparation, legal description, and computing survey points
- Processing raw field data through Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D
- Performing QA/QC checks
- Coordinating with field crews and office staff
- Ensuring adherence to division, regional, and company values and practices
- Setting a positive example by demonstrating good judgment, trustworthiness, honesty, and professionalism
- Strong listening, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of ALTA surveys, boundary analysis, topographic surveys, easement documents, legal descriptions, and construction staking
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, support project coordination, and collaborate with other design services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Associate Degree in Surveying, Engineering Technology, or related field
- SIT Certification
- Experience in Land Development (Commercial and Residential) and Public Infrastructure Projects
- Coordinating with office personnel, including surveying technicians and engineering staff
- Experience in searching/recovering Public Land Survey System monuments
- Willingness to travel and stay on project sites or Westwood offices for extended periods
- Proficiency in processing and drafting using LiDAR point clouds and imagery
- Knowledge of TBC Scanning Module
- Experience with MicroStation
- Capability to operate survey field equipment
- FAA Part 107 UAS License
