    Job DescriptionManufacturing company needs a Human Resources Business Partner or Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of human resources.

    The client seeks an experienced manager who is an effective communicator and capable of working independently. The selected candidate will partner with plant management to meet corporate objectives and enhance plant productivity and morale. Will have human resources oversight for both salaried and hourly employees.
    Responsible for recruitment, employee relations, employee development, training, and employee communicationsPlan, implement, and evaluate HR policies, practices, and procedures.
    Responsible for compensation and salary administrationEnsure compliance with all employment-related federal, state and local government laws.
    Manage administration and communication of benefit programs.
    Manage administrative transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations.


    Qualifications:
    QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. MBA preferred.
    Minimum three years experience as a human resources manager, with well-rounded earlier generalist experience.
    Must have experience working in a manufacturing environment, with HR oversight for several hundred people. Corporate level HR experience is preferred.
    HR certification, SPHR or PHR is preferred.
    Should have knowledge about OSHA and safety training.
