    Description


    Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Green Bay currently has a full-time opening for a Refugee Services Manager in our Green Bay Office.


    The Services Manager provides direct services to newly arrived refugees and other immigrants during the initial ninety-day period of resettlement, in coordination with other staff, agency volunteers, and community partners.

    This person will also provide supervision to a small team of resettlement staff and oversee quality assurance and contract administration of the initial resettlement program.

    This person will work closely with the other Catholic Charities program areas to ensure seamless provision of refugee services from pre-arrival through 60 months after arrival.


    We would like to see someone with a bachelor's degree or experience in Social Work or related and 2+ years of experience as a social services case manager.

    This person will be traveling throughout the area, so a valid driver's licenses is also required. Must be 21 years of age due to insurance and operating a motor vehicle as part of the position.
