This position will cover both Dublin Hospital and Grady Memorial Hospital
The Palliative Care Clinical RN will be a resource to patients/families, hospital staff and the palliative care interdisciplinary team.
This person will educate patients and families on palliative care, provide comprehensive assessment to patients, and clearly communicate needs to Palliative Care providers as well as floor staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
This position will cover both Dublin Hospital and Grady Memorial Hospital
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in nursing
2-4 years of nursing experience
