CoreMap is a well-funded medical device startup company. Our mission is to empower physicians to cure atrial fibrillation patients. Atrial fibrillation is the most common heart disease in the US effecting over 1% of the population. Currently, atrial fibrillation has no cure. We are building a system which maps the patient's heart and provides the physician with a clear treatment option.

Our system offers a unique opportunity to own features from early prototyping stage to production in multiple fields like signal processing, algorithms, 3D rendering, large data handling and hardware integration.

Responsibilities

•Own feature development from early prototype to production stage.

•Become a subject matter in one or more of the following fields: signal processing, software algorithms, code optimization.

•Design protocols to interface with various hardware systems.

•Write clean, maintainable and scalable code.

•Participate in animal and pre-clinical studies.

Skills and Experience

•Demonstrated expertise with C++.

•Strong problem-solving skills.

•Excellent verbal and writing skills.

•Strong work ethic.

•Comfortable working in both a fast-paced and rigorous early-stage startup environment with fluid requirements, as well as a regulated later-stage process-driven setting.

•Experience with Qt, CMake and Linux is a plus.
