Pennoni is currently looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant for our Clearwater, FL office with experience consistent but not limited to: Working on office administrative tasks Data entry into Deltek Proofreading, formatting, finalizing proposals, reports and other documents Taking meeting minutes A/R Collections Office Supplies Coordinate Facility Maintenance Coordinate for In-house meetings Required Attributes Years of experience: 2-5 A High School Diploma is required High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word Excel Power Point and Outlook Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy Able to work independently and with others Deadline oriented Preferred Attributes Experience in the AEC industry Associate's degree Proposal writing experience Experience in responding to RFP/RFQs Effectively interact with both external and internal clients
