    The Finance and Budget Manager will play a critical role in overseeing financial operations, creating budgets for multiple LLCs within the enterprise, tracking actual expenditures against budgets, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize costs and enhance overall financial performance.


    What You'll Do:
    Develop comprehensive budgets for each LLC within the Corvid Technologies enterprise, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.


    Collaborate with department heads and project managers to understand budgetary needs, provide guidance on financial matters, and facilitate effective budget management throughout the organization.


    Conduct ongoing analysis of financial performance, comparing actual expenditures with budgeted amounts to identify variances and potential areas for improvement.

    Implement cost control measures to mitigate budget variances and optimize spending across all departments and projects.

    Utilize financial data and trends to forecast future budgetary requirements and identify potential risks or opportunities for cost savings.

    Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into financial performance, budget compliance, and opportunities for improvement.


    Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and efficiency enhancements across the enterprise, and present recommendations to senior management for consideration.

    Ideal candidates must demonstrate a track record of success in financial management, budgeting, and cost control, particularly within complex organizational structures.

    Strong analytical abilities are essential, enabling them to interpret financial data, recognize trends, and provide strategic recommendations. Proficiency in financial software and systems, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, is necessary for accurate analysis and reporting.

    The candidate should be highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently, as well as exhibit demonstrated leadership capabilities and a proactive problem-solving approach to drive continuous improvement and excellence within the finance function.

    Candidates should have at least 6 years experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
