- Follow up with prospective customers in response to their email on our website.
- Answer inbound Service Calls schedule appointments per department guidelines.
- Maintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat referral business contributes to customer satisfaction Continually learn about product updates features accessories inventory benefits to the customer Realize business built on customer satisfaction devoted guaranteeing satisfaction customers Establish personal goals consistent dealerships standards productivity devise strategy meet those goals Attend Training Sessions Meetings as required Follow company policies procedures Performs other duties assigned Demonstrates behaviors Company Values interactions customers coworkers vendors Support online customers setting appointments
