Description
JOB PURPOSE:
The Lead Security Analyst is responsible for operating the 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) monitoring and coordinating incident responses and managing personnel assigned to the SOC.
This position must demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as a member of a team in a fast–paced environment.
Coordinate and supervise day–to–day incident response logistics, while providing support to security officers and campus leadership.Security Center Operations Lead (SCO Lead) acts as a point of contact for matters relating to campus issues and must coordinate closely with all operational, management, and administrative programs.
Areas of responsibility include:
event/incident monitoring, camera/security alarm monitoring, video review, dispatching, report writing, coordinating allocation of resources, and incident response management and communications.
