    Job Description:
    The Customer Service Administrator tasks include, but are not limited to:
    Provides process-level and project-level support for Customer Engagement Platforms
    Monitors email and ServiceNow ticketing system to answer customer service inquires from internal stakeholders and website users
    Monitors team inboxes and triages to appropriate team member
    Provide logistical and follow up support for live events planning
    Ensures appropriate resources such as editorial calendars, monthly reports, and department plans are current and centrally located
    Organizes team meetings from gathering agenda topics to updating presentation slides
    Updates appropriate resources such as editorial calendars and department plans as requested
    Complete data entry requests as needed, supporting Customer Engagement Platforms

    Qualifications/Experience:
    Bachelor's degree
    1 to 3 years of related customer service or administrative assistant experience

    Required Skills Include:
    Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
    Exceptional attention to detail and task follow-through
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    Excellent organizational and time management skills
    Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
    Able to work independently, with minimal direction
    Excellent proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite or related software
