Corporate Development Manager.

This Corporate Development Manager will have the opportunity to join a highly acquisitive team and be a part of small and large acquisitions.

This team is in high growth mode and open to seeing Senior Manager level candidates for the team as well.

Corporate Development Manager Responsibilities:
Lead the evaluation, negotiation, and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships
Develop and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and business cases to support investment decisions
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential targets and growth opportunities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives
Manage due diligence processes and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful integrations
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, advisors, and industry contacts

Manager Corporate Development Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or M&A deal experience
Bachelors or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
Relevant M&A Experience
