    Yaskawa is searching for a Sr. Human Resources Generalist based in our Oak Creek, WI location. This position is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in office.

    The Sr. HR Generalist will:

    • Serve as a true business partner to engineering, sales, shared services to teams based in IL, CA and remote locations.
    • Initiate strategic plans and drive execution to ensure the Motion Division meet both business and HR-related targets.
    • End-to-end responsibilities for all HR procedures and processes such as: recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, organization design and development, performance management, compensation program design, policy development and implementation, and employment law compliance.
    • Lead and implement HR processes such as the annual review process, employee surveys, organizational communications, leadership development plans, etc.
    • Provide HR guidance and consultation for leaders and employees at all levels.
    • Proactively identify HR organizational development and technology upgrades and offer HR solutions.
    • Take an active part in the HR team projects as needed.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in HR, industrial relations or related field.
    • 7+ years of experience in Sr.HR Generalist/HRBP role, in a primarily professional (engineering preferred) organization.
    • Experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
    • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Experience with Ultipro/UKG Human Capital Management is ideal but not required.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proven record of approachability, confidentiality, and ability to problem solve in complex situations with a strong understanding of business operations.
    • PHR or SPHR certification (nice to have).
