What You'll Do:
Client Engagement & Communication – You'll be the main point of contact for our clients, making sure they're kept up-to-date on Hive's offerings. You'll help identify new sales opportunities and ensure clients feel informed and supported.
Sales Call & Lead Management – You'll manage incoming sales calls, update the CRM system with accurate lead details, and ensure that every lead is followed up on in a timely manner. You'll pass on qualified leads to the CSR team to take things further.
Administrative Support – From organizing sales folders to handling reports and forms, you'll make sure the sales team stays on track and has what they need to stay organized and efficient.
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required. A year of related experience is helpful but not mandatory.
- Comfortable using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and general office tools. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Bonus points if you have experience with CRM software
- Clear, professional communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once without getting overwhelmed.
- A friendly, positive attitude with a passion for helping customers.
- Comfortable working at a desk for extended periods, and able to handle a variety of administrative tasks.
